We are committed to delivering your NaariThread order safely and on time, right to your doorstep across India.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹99 across India on all orders.
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
COD Handling Charge: ₹49 additional charge on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Express Delivery (Metro cities): ₹99 additional charge over standard delivery.
Express Delivery (Non-metro / other cities): ₹149 additional charge over standard delivery.
Express delivery availability depends on your location and courier serviceability.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are handled by Delhivery and are estimated based on distance zones from our Surat warehouse.
Zone A — Within city / same district: 1 working day.
Zone B — Up to 500 km: 1–2 working days.
Zone C — 501–1,400 km (metro-to-metro): 2–3 working days.
Zone D — 1,401–2,500 km: 3–4 working days.
Zone E — Beyond 2,500 km or special regions (North East India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep): 4–5 working days.
You can enter your pincode at checkout to get an estimated delivery window before placing your order.
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000.
A handling charge of ₹49 applies to all COD orders.
COD orders may require confirmation via SMS or call before dispatch.
Repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in the COD option being restricted on your account.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak festive seasons or public holidays.
NaariThread is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events.
Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
